Angela Wilbanks is the founder and Beekeeper for Sunnie’s Bees based in Hoschton, GA.
The idea for Sunnie’s bees began with Angela’s first visit to her brother’s beehives in 2018. She was enthralled with the little creatures and began her own journey of learning, planning and preparation culminating in her first hives in 2021. Now, Sunnie’s Bees manages about 45 beehives spread across three counties. For Angela, it’s all about protecting bees, saving the environment and sharing the joy.
Angela is the official Beekeeper of the Duluth Public Library’s observational beehive and travels regularly to elementary and middle schools to teach young kids about the importance of pollinators and bee preservation. She is also Vice President of her local beekeeping club and a mentor to three budding beekeepers. In addition, Sunnie’s Bees regularly attends festivals offering a wide variety of products and has previously placed first in two light honey competitions and second in a wax block competition.
Real estate can be an emotional process. Drawing upon over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, where she mastered skills in client relationships, communication and negotiation, Carrie continually seeks to exceed her clients’ expectations and desired results by identifying ‘what moves them.’
For Carrie, the buying and selling process is more than a transaction: it’s about sharing knowledge, delivering excellence and leaving her clients with great memories and a home they love.
Carrie attributes her success to her core values; she is committed to excellence in all of her work and believes in approaching all situations with an honest and ethical approach.
In her spare time, Carrie loves to discover the unique sides of Atlanta’s vastly different neighborhoods, whether enjoying the fresh air from the Atlanta BeltLine trail in Midtown or experiencing new restaurants in surrounding suburbs.
Carrie is a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, where she earned Top Producer status in 2019, 2020 and 2021. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and Pricing Strategist Advisor.
